Roxbury/JP Community CApoeira Classes
Starting September 6th 2023, we will be running a community class introducing Capoeira, an Afro-Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance, music, dialogue and acrobatics (see this video for an example!).
In this twice weekly class we will focus on learning the foundational movements of the martial art while building the strength, flexibility, and knowledge to produce healthier posture, joints, and stability in one’s day-to-day life.
This class is open to all!

Instructor: Thomas Pouncy (Instrutor Bambu, Mandingueiros dos Palmares)
Time: Every Wednesday from 6:30-8PM and Saturday from 1:30-3PM starting on September 6th 2023

Price: $20 per class or $150 for a 10-class bundle
